作为一家负责任的不动产公司,我们相信减碳是减轻气候变化影响的重要环节。房地产行业约占全球碳排放量的 40%,应对气候变化是我们的首要任务。
我们持续衡量并披露我们到 2050 年实现整个价值链净零碳排放目标的进展。我们采取合作的方法,并利用分区制冷和可再生能源等新技术解决方案来达成这一目标。
2022 财年,共有五个业务部门和三个 REIT 制定了实现净零碳目标的路线图和行动计划,所有其他业务部门也将在 2023 财年制定其路线图。此外,两个业务部门和一个 REIT 已经向科学化目标 (Science Based Targets) 倡议组织提交了减碳目标以供验证。
